Handyman Services in Medina & Northeast Ohio
Every home builds up a list of repairs: a drywall hole, a door that will not latch, a dripping faucet, a TV to mount. Our handyman services take care of the list so you do not have to, for homeowners in Medina and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
We work with homeowners, landlords and property managers, and we can plan several repairs into one visit so the work gets done efficiently.
Typical Handyman Jobs
Common first-hour jobs include sticking or non-latching doors, clogged sink and tub drains, clogged or backed-up toilets, screen door repairs. We also patch drywall, replace fixtures and faucets, caulk and seal, make small carpentry repairs, and mount TVs, shelves and hardware. How a Handyman Service Call Works
A service call is $175 and includes the first hour of labor. Time after the first hour is $150 per hour, and materials are billed separately. Furniture assembly is priced separately. See our handyman prices for starting prices on common jobs.
Maintenance Visits & Time Packages
For a longer honey-do list or seasonal maintenance, a prepaid block of time lets us work through several jobs in one visit. Send us the full list and we will plan the time it needs. See our handyman time packages.
When a Project Needs an Estimate
Service call, hourly and package pricing is for repairs, service and maintenance. Remodeling, renovations and larger projects are by estimate only, so if your list grows into a kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel or a painting project, we will put together a separate estimate. Work that requires a licensed trade or a permit is quoted separately.
